By the closing date of August 4, about 20 submissions on the Tarras permit to take and use Clutha River water were received by ORC. Notably, no submissions formally opposed the consent. This is the application (3.5MB pdf file). A hearing will now be convened by the ORC to hear submitters in Sept/Oct this year.
