The water permit submission requires a new company to be formed, so this company has been named as Tarras Water Ltd. Our current advice is that, as an interim measure and until the scheme is considered viable with consents granted, the Tarras Community Trust should be the sole shareholder. However, we require nominations for the Board of Directors which can be sent to the secretary as soon as you can please.
