Water Permit Decision by Secretary	24/02/2010 3:17 p.m.
The Otago Regional Council has granted Tarras Water Ltd's resource consent application to take water from the Clutha River. This is the Permit with conditions, a 3MB file. The hearing panel's decision is in full here, (10MB). No appeals were received...
